Intro to BJJ  (With Kimono/ Gi)

The Fundamentals Program is designed to focus on the core techniques that every jiu-jitsu practitioner should know. With this program, students will be able to improve their overall jiu-jitsu knowledge, improve their movement and coordination, and have a good fundamental foundation established.

Time(s): 2 days/ week

Tuesday & Thursday: 6pm – 7pm

Cost: $100/ Mo. – repeating 3 month curriculum

Intermediate / Advanced Gi (Kimono)

The Intermediate / Advanced Program gives students the opportunity to take their game to the next level through an in-depth exploration of more advanced jiu-jitsu techniques and instruction. Students will also receive an extensive education into modern sport jiu-jitsu practice and will receive help developing a game through the coaches.

Time(s): 3 days/ week. + Saturday + open mats

Monday & Wednesday & Friday: 6pm – 7pm

Cost: $150/Mo. or $125/Mo. 1-yr. contract auto-withdrawal

Intermediate / Advanced No-Gi (Not wearing Kimono)

The Intermediate / Advanced No-Gi class gives students the opportunity to get exposed to modern adcc style sport grappling. Take downs and leg locks are commonly taught and beginner attendance without fundamentals is not recommended, but allowed.

Time(s): 3 days/ week. 

Tuesday & Thursday: 6pm – 7pm , Wednesday: 6am-7am

Cost: part of regular adult membership
